These tops are in no way floaty, more of a layer underneath a plunging maxi, shirt or jumper. However, beautiful on their own for the smaller frame. Size guide is therefore a lovely top in it's own right for a size 8-12, but a delightful comfortable layer top upto a size 16 (we bought these specifically for those who wanted a layer under the dresses.
